What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, send us a chat message or book online, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, home address and details about the cleaning you want. Like most websites, we also use Google tools that collect basic, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you a quote
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about cleanings
- To send service updates and follow up on your request
- To improve our website and services
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, CT Cleaning Company will text you about your quote, appointments and service updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Terms for full details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our online booking system and our phone and texting provider, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, contact us at ctcleaningco203@gmail.com or (475) 348-8180.
